Tru Recruitment have an opportunity for a Secretary to join a law firm in Cheltenham. Ideally you will have some previous secretarial experience and be able to audio/copy type. Legal experience is not essential.
This role is working for an independent law firm where you will be a valued member of the team, contributing to a professional and supportive working environment.
As a Secretary and Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting a partner in the litigation department with all administrative and secretarial duties.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Good typing skills
- Administration
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organisation
General duties will include:
- Typing of correspondence
- Handling confidential information
- Managing inboxes and diaries
- Drafting correspondence and documents
- Create and maintain binders (e.g., working, closing, case, trial, etc.)
- Dealing with third parties
