Legal Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver timely, high quality and commercially astute advice on all aspects of the business.
2. Advise on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues and be involved in multiple projects to provide legal support.
3. Be responsible for effectively managing litigation matters and disputes and providing proactive strategic advice and guidance on aspects of the Electronic Communications Code.
4. Liaising with external lawyers.
5. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements.
6. Review company’s policies and procedures.
7. Leading on legal-focused matters including data protection, litigation, disputes and investigations.
8. Providing advice on resolution of customer cases
9. Compiling Terms and Conditions for products
Skills required:
- Experience of working as a Paralegal or Legal Executive in house; ideally within a tech or telecommunications company.
- Excellent experience, knowledge of contract management; litigation and disputes etc
- Strong communication skills as well as stakeholders management
- Ideally experience of working in a start up environment
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
