Job description
- Proofreading legal content to identify grammatical, typographic and spelling errors
- Edit legal content for accuracy, consistency, house style and layout
- Quality assurance of content on LexisLibrary, LexisPSL and Lexis+
- Upload a variety of legal content into content management systems (CMS)
- Review and update internal workflow and systems guidance documentation
- Involvement in automation and continuous improvement initiatives/projects
- Keep databases, spreadsheets and other records up to date
- Liaise with third party suppliers and vendors regarding content collection, conversion, and publishing
- Liaise with freelancers regarding content creation
- A keen interest in publishing, legal information, and alternative legal careers
- A great eye for detail and strong command of the English language
- The ability to work well with others, as well as independently
- To be motivated, with strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills
