Working at NTT
- Review draft contracts and terms and conditions in RFPs and assist the pre-sales team with legal queries and provide the correct NTT terms and conditions for the goods and services being sold.
- Draft, review and negotiate client contracts in accordance with NTT Group’s client contracting and risk policies and playbook.
- Draft, review and negotiate vendor agreements in accordance with NTT Group’s vendor contracting and risk policies and playbook.
- Maintain a client and vendor agreement data base.
- Maintain a list of priority laws and advise the business of any upcoming laws affecting the goods and services that NTT sells.
- Assist the Data Protection and Privacy team with the review and negotiation of data processing agreements.
- Draft correspondence, reports and settlement documents and adjust work priorities due to changing deadlines.
- Provide company secretarial support on corporate matters.
- Advise the business on employment/HR, finance and ad hoc legal matters, as required.
