Smart Dental Care’s legal team is looking for a self-starter, dedicated legal expert to join their team on a full time basis. This is a fantastic chance to work on a variety of cases and make a significant impact while enjoying a competitive salary.

As our In-house Legal Consultant, you will work at the head office of Smart Dental Care where you’ll be provided with a structured career pathway with proper support, training, and development.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of legal experience [fresh graduates with strong academic scores are also welcome].
• Strong understanding of contractual laws with a focus on property acquisitions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organized with exceptional attention to detail to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread and amend legal documents and stakeholder correspondence.
• Manage legal and negligence claims in a timely and effective manner.
• Overseeing work outsourced to attorney at independent legal firms.
• Examine, collate, and organise evidence and other legal documents for review.
• Research healthcare regulations, laws to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal notices.
• Oversee insurance renewals, compliance checklist and employment regulations of the company.
