Job description

Currently, we are providing the following services to our clients:

  • Application under the Immigration rules such as Settlement, Leave to Remain under the Family route, and Applications under the EU Settlement Scheme.
  • Naturalisation/ Registration

•Applications for a Sponsor Licence

  • Applications under the family and private life route
  • Applications outside the Immigration Rules
  • Schengen Visa applications
  • ESTA Applications for the USA
  • ETA Applications for Canada
  • eVisitor visa for Australia
  • NZeTA for New Zealand
  • Visa applications for Pakistan/India
  • National ID Card for overseas Pakistanis and Pakistani Origin Id Card application (NADRA Cards)
  • Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) applications for Indian-origin people
  • Signposting the client to lawyers in Pakistan for their legal matters in Pakistan
  • Assisting no-fault divorce applications
  • Assisting with DEBT payments and arranging payment plans for clients.
  • Drafting employment contracts for clients under the UK Employment Law
  • Landlord and Tenant Services i-e Preparing Section 8 and Section 21 Notice, Drafting Tenancy Agreements, Drafting Declaration of Trust

The role will include the following: • To assist in the provision of administrative and legal services for clients. • Provide friendly day-to-day contact with clients and an efficient service for their individual lifestyle requirements. • Produce plain English letters, documents, applications, and other forms as required. • Manage professionally and confidentially, written and telephone correspondence with clients, other solicitors and third parties. • Delegate and supervise tasks where appropriate. • To assist where requested in the provision of legal advice to clients, under supervision. Take notes in client meetings. • Continue to develop legal ability. Qualifications: • Required: 1+ years’ experience working in the legal sector. • Ideal: Degree in law with a focus on property and Immigration or CLC Level 6 Qualification in Conveyancing Law and Practice Person Specification: • Able to work to tight deadlines. • Good Microsoft skills particularly Word and Excel. • Good customer focus. • Flexible and proactive approach with a 'can do' attitude. • Organised and able to prioritise. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to work with figures. • Legal Drafting skills

  • Salary: Legal executive £26,400 per year Licenced Conveyancer £27,000 per year
  • Opening Hours: • Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,400.00 per year
