We have an opportunity to join the Commercial Property Team of our leading legal firm as recognised by Chambers UK and The Legal 500.
Well known in the local market for offering a friendly service and professional advice, we have offices across rural Shropshire, Herefordshire and into North Wales.
We are a forward thinking and progressive law firm and are seeking to appoint a legal assistant/paralegal to support the team. Working under supervision you will undertake a range of duties from client care correspondence, submitting searches, preparing stamp duty forms, preparing completion statements and invoices along with a range of administrative support tasks.
The post holder will be expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative and be able to maintain a highly professional, efficient, confidential and friendly service, whilst ensuring quality service to clients is always achieved.
You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word including the use of tracked changes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have worked within a commercial property team in a law firm and used electronic document management/case management systems, be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a busy environment, along with good organisational and time management skills.
