Furley Page Solicitors are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Vulnerable Client team primarily based at their Canterbury office.
Profile:
Working within a highly respected and established Vulnerable Client team. This role consists of assisting with a varied caseload of Vulnerable Client matters, which include Court Protection work, Care funding work including NHS Continuing healthcare claims, wills for vulnerable clients including Advance Directives, and powers of attorney. This position would suit those with an interest in vulnerable clients. Full training will be given along with the possibility to undertake further legal training in due course.
Duties:
The successful candidate will assist with a variety of duties under the supervision of a legally qualified lawyer. The candidate will assist the lawyers and other legal assistants in the team.
Previous Experience:
No previous experience is essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate.

- Computer literate
- Confidence to ask for help when unsure
