Job description
This role involves but is not limited to:
Use of case management systems, Word & Excel.
Excel data entry and ensuring databases remain up to date.
Taking and making Client phone calls.
Responding to and actioning Client queries.
Assisting Partners with all aspects of dealing with current matters and more generally.
Arranging Client interviews to take instructions.
Drafting documents, Wills, LPA’s, Trusts and Deeds and preparation and maintenance of Trust and Estates accounts.
Responding to queries in a timely/appropriate manner.
Conduct matters on behalf of Clients in line with their instructions.
Requirements:
Legally qualified
Ability to demonstrate specialist knowledge in Private Client law.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Must be Client focused
Strong verbal and written communication skills
