Key Responsibility
- Point of Contact: Manage the legal inbox to organize incoming internal requests. Ensure a full and correct understanding of the requests before summarizing and directing them to the relevant person for handling. Provide guidance to other teams through legal processes.
- Contract Management: Log incoming contract requests and maintain a contract tracker. Follow up on progress, request e-signatures for approved contracts, file the contracts, and pull contract templates from the database upon request.
- Inquiry Management: Conduct necessary research and prepare initial responses to inquiries.
- External Communication Assistance: Liaise with external legal service providers, attend meetings with such providers, and produce minutes for records.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as required by the business and the team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Attention to detail.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- A good team player but also able to complete tasks independently.
- Ability to take initiative.
Desirable:
- Professional experience in legal or compliance roles.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (speaking and writing) is preferred.
