Job Description
- Assisting the team with billing, photocopying, faxing, printing and scanning
- Supporting the head of team by preparing management information to aid supervision
- Working with clients - taking regular payments, handling client file opening with accuracy and conducting conflict checks to identify and assess potential conflicts
- Supporting the head of the team in the management of new work coming into the team, including communicating with potential clients
- Performing administrative duties for the wider Commercial Litigation team as and when required to cover absence, including file archiving, audio/copy typing and post distribution
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including experience with secretarial IT programmes and diary systems
- Ability to work collaboratively to provide a comprehensive support service
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management and organisational skills
