This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal assistant to deal with a wide range of general property related matters and develop skills to manage your own caseload. We are looking for a real team player, who is self-motivated, bright, adaptable and able to deliver to tight timescales. You will be acting for several Councils in relation to a wide range of residential and local authority land matters but focussing on residential conveyancing transactions related to housing stock management such as RTB LEASES, statutory lease extensions, licenses to alter etc. Therefore, experience in a residential conveyancing practice is essential. A knowledge of the local government legislation and governance is desirable and/or can be developed.
