Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a reasonable file load of about 20 to 30 real estate files per month, including carrying out administrative services, file production of sales, purchases and refinances as well as arranging and registering said transactions, and providing support to the legal team. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills and personable and patient with clientele. Responsibilities:
- complete document production on sales, purchase and refinance transactions;
- reasonable file load of about 20 to 30 files per month;
- correspondence with clients, banks, other lawyers, etc.;
- arranging and registering real estate closings;
- coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary
- manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
Requirements:
-preferred minimum 1 year direct experience in production of real estate files;
- knowledge of Teraview electronic registration, Conveyancer, MS Office, etc.
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
- highly organized and detail-oriented
Salary will be based on experience.

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
