We are looking to add a Legal Assistant to our Real Estate Team (Rural Property) to be based from Gatwick. The successful candidate will need to attend the office.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
If you enjoy being part of a successful, friendly and high-performing team, then this is the job for you. You’ll be working closely with the team to make sure they have the right administrative support at all times. This is a busy and fast-paced role; you’ll need to be able to work quickly and accurately. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Supporting fee earners in their day to day role
- Assisting on large scale projects including the overseeing of IM extranet content and access
- Dealing with Land Registry applications and requests
- Assisting with the preparation of trial bundles
- Mastering IT and Ai software, including Docusign, IM Share and Orbital Witness
- Scheduling deeds packs
- Scanning/copying documents as and when required
- Undertaking minor legal tasks with fee earner supervision
- Handling client enquiries by phone, letter and email
