Since the business was founded in 2012 we have built a powerful brand, a great reputation and huge client success. We are now seeking to recruit an experienced Client Account Director to join our sales team and capitalise on the vast market opportunity we see in front of us.
The role of Client Account Director
As our Client Account Director you will be fundamental to the future growth of our business. Reporting to the Managing Director and working very closely with the rest of team, you will be at the heart of our business, expanding our footprint with existing clients and helping to win new clients in our target markets. You will be:
- responsible for a personal revenue target, to be achieved through both account growth and new business development
- managing multiple new inbound leads, taking new business opportunities from qualification to close. Managing all stages of the sales process, including pitch, proposal, and commercials, working with the consulting team to scope and shape brilliant solutions for clients.
- managing and nurturing senior level client relationships within key accounts.
- developing and delivering on structured account plans in order to generate more revenue from existing clients. Identifying opportunities to enhance our positioning and reach within client organisations, and to introduce new services to the client as appropriate.
- collaborating effectively with the Marketing, Client Services and Consulting team to ensure optimal client experience.

We are looking for an experienced consultative sales professional with a strong track record of consistently knowing how to build client relationships and meet revenue targets. We will expect you to demonstrate:
- Experience through the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, developing proposals, managing commercial negotiations and closing the deal.
- Evidence of growing a portfolio of client accounts through effective development and execution of structured account plans.
- Experience of building and nurturing strong relationships at MD/CxO level.
- A clear interest in and curiosity for the world of high performance and professional development. Relevant experience in this space would be highly desirable, but experience of selling other consulting/professional services solution will be considered.
- Highly collaborative behaviours, with the ability to get the best out of a team in in service of the critical goals of the role and the business.
- The ability to work at pace, managing multiple concurrent opportunities and prioritising accordingly.

Our office is in Hammersmith and we will need you to be commutable to London as required but we take a very flexible approach to working. As part of that, working from home is available and most if not all the team flex their schedule to ensure it works for themselves, their clients and the Will It? team.
