We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our team. (on-site) You will be working very closely with our mainly fin-tech clients on a range of day to day corporate and legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, Commercial Agreements in particular Non-Disclosure Agreements, Novation Agreements, licencing agreements, payment services agreements, Data Protection Agreements;
- Assisting the team on M&A projects including drafting relevant legal documents and conducting legal research;
- Assisting the team on license applications in various jurisdictions;
- Being responsible for folder management;
- Drafting letters and legal documents;
- Reviewing/analysing legal documents;
- Conducting legal research;
- Correspondence with Notary Public and organize certification or legalisation of documents; and
- Organising and attending the board meetings, gathering the meeting notes and sharing the notes with the attendees.
Qualifications
- Experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English;
- Bachelor's Law degree;
- Position located in London and it isn’t suitable for remote working;
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
