Lawyer or Legal Executive – Employment Department

Yeovil, Somerset

Full time and permanent

Hybrid work

9am-5.15pm – Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)

Starting from £38,000

Ideal Candidate will be:

  • Experienced advising on practical application of employment law
  • Ability to provide commercial solutions to everyday problems and avoid litigation
  • Experienced in representing both employee and employer ideally
  • Practical experience of TUPE and redundancy consultation
  • A team player
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Desire to be a part of a growing business

Duties include:

  • Building close relationships with clients
  • Representing clients through tribunal process
  • Business development
  • Marketing initiatives
  • Provide practical legal advice on day-to-day employment issues
