Lawyer or Legal Executive – Employment Department
Yeovil, Somerset
Full time and permanent
Hybrid work
9am-5.15pm – Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)

Ideal Candidate will be:
- Experienced advising on practical application of employment law
- Ability to provide commercial solutions to everyday problems and avoid litigation
- Experienced in representing both employee and employer ideally
- Practical experience of TUPE and redundancy consultation
- A team player
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Desire to be a part of a growing business
Duties include:
- Building close relationships with clients
- Representing clients through tribunal process
- Business development
- Marketing initiatives
- Provide practical legal advice on day-to-day employment issues
