**Experienced Legal Cost Draftsman**
Are you an experienced Legal Cost Draftsman seeking a new opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise? Our client, a reputable firm in the legal industry, is looking for a talented professional to join their team. If you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in drafting budgets, attending CCMC, and handling complex high-value matters, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Draft accurate budgets and attend CCMC proceedings with precision.
- Prepare comprehensive bills for complex high-value matters.
- Craft effective Points of Dispute and Replies.
- Attend detailed assessments and provide expert support.
- Ensure adherence to the CPR (Civil Procedure Rules) and demonstrate negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Cost Draftsman.
- Proven track record in drafting budgets, attending CCMC, and handling high-value matters.
- Proficient in drafting Points of Dispute and Replies.
- Strong understanding of the CPR and its application.
- Negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Advocacy experience is a plus, but not essential.
