Primary Job Purpose
Legal administrative assistant to support our paralegals and solicitors in the litigation department. You will maintain databases, process new instructions onto our software platforms, and open files ready for our lawyers to begin working on such cases.
You will also be responsible for taking telephone messages when the lawyers are unavailable and archiving files.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Provide administrative support to the team as directed to ensure effective and efficient administration, management, and maintenance of files from start from opening to archiving.
· Ensure all new files are opened accurately and in a timely manner.
· Helping draft simple letters and documents under supervision
· Data entry
· Scheduling meetings and organizing diaries.
· Assist with other administrative as necessary

Requirements
· A-Levels minimum requirement
· Experience in an administrative role in an administrative role or office junior role would be advantageous
· Previous legal experience would be ideal but not essential.
· A desire to work in a law firm
· Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and administration
· Good level of communication skills
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Can do attitude
Flexibility and willingness to perform wide range of administrative tasks

Salary: From £22,000.00 per year
