NHS Borders are delighted to invite applicants to join our Mental Health Older Adults Service (MHOAS)- CHAT as a band 5 staff nurse

MHOAS- CHAT aims to deliver person centred, goal orientated and strength based care for individuals living in care settings within the Scottish Borders.
Your role would include working and supporting the service with delivering Mental health service- involving Assessment, Treatment, Support and diagnosis processes, along with assisting to provide Staff training with care settings and Contributing to the MDT.
Knowledge and experience of Newcastle model required
We are a close, supportive and inclusive team with high standards for delivery of clinical services within 23 care homes and 4 Community hospitals with a committed to supervision, CPD, leadership development and student placements
