Frederick & Co - Legal Administrator
Location - Glasgow, Salary - DOE
Frederick & Co, Solicitors, Glasgow, have an established and loyal client base. Our reputation has been built upon providing practical and cost-effective legal advice on a range of matters including residential and commercial conveyancing, wills, executries and powers of attorney.
Due to ongoing expansion, we now have an exciting opportunity for an articulate and enthusiastic Legal Administrator to join our hard-working team at Sandyford Place in Glasgow.
About You
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- A good level of numeracy and computer literacy;
- Previous experience in a customer service role;
- Administrative skills;
- Previous sales experience is desirable.
- You will be responsible for working within our New Business team, handling initial enquiries, providing fee quotes, liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors, together with general administrative duties including opening new files and recording information onto our case management system.
- We are looking for someone with natural warmth and ability with clients. You will be professional, outgoing, and have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
