Job description
Salary - £25,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Exemplar Health Care is looking to appoint a Legal/ Contracts Administrator into our already established Legal Team, who will have responsibility for the contracts approval process and maintaining the contracts database. We are a rapidly expanding healthcare company with our support services based in Rotherham S61 1AJ. We currently have 42 operating Care Homes with more exciting growth plans over the next 5 years.
Essential skills and experience
- adaptable and able to "hit the ground running"
- good organisation skills and the ability to manage/prioritise work load
- strong Admin and office experience
- good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- great communication skills both verbal and written
- self-motivation and a willingness to learn something new.
- Would suit someone from a legal secretary or admin background
Desirable skills and experience
- experience worked in a Legal office environment.
