Role overview:
The SIE Legal and Public Policy Department plays an integral role in defining the commercial strategy of the PlayStation business and ensuring our trailblazing, innovative products and services continue to inspire and delight the players.
We are currently seeking a legal administrative assistant who is eager to work on ground-breaking video game products as a member of the Sony Interactive Entertainment EMEA Legal team. This position will support a team of lawyers & legal professionals who advise the PlayStation business in EMEA. PlayStation offers the opportunity to work in a technology company with an entertainment focus, in a casual environment that presents challenging legal issues whilst working alongside some of the most creative minds in the video game industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the execution and filing of standard commercial contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Maintaining various legal databases, including contract management systems, e-signature systems, legal billing, etc.
- Assisting with the creation of presentations and external communications.
- Supporting the Legal Department on all administrative matters.
- Planning Legal Department events/meetings and maintaining agendas.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1-2 years previous administrative experience, ideally in a law firm or legal department.
- University degree highly desirable.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Legal/Business software tools.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Upbeat professional, committed to delivering high-quality work to members of the Legal Department and other PlayStation EMEA business units.
