Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join us in our London (PAddington) office. This is a hybrid working role.
Essentially, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel and the wider Legal Team.
We will be looking for you to gather accurate, relevant, and adequate information as part of the Legal Team’s case and contract management process so you will need to have well-developed planning & organisational skills and can assess and meet priorities through good time management.
You will be able to prioritise workload, manage time effectively and efficiently, multi-task and meet stringent deadlines.
Experience in working in legal services is desirable but not essential for this post as full training will be provided.

Previous experience with a case management system is desirable but not critical as full training on the system will be provided.
