The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high quality legal services to the Group. The successful candidate will ensure that there is a comprehensive administration service provided to the legal team by dealing with incoming post, emails, and telephone calls surrounding areas as such as Conveyancing, Litigation, and Insurance, and others.
We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working with confidential information while being able to work within a team under pressure. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy is essential, as is the ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external people.

What you will need:
You will need a minimum of 2 GCSE’s including English and Mathematics at a grade A to C or equivalent as standard. An NVQ in Business Administration would be desirable, as would experience of administration within a busy and fast paced team.
We are looking for the individual to show empathy with the social aims of the organisation and to be respectful of others. Excellent interpersonal skills and being able to work in a systematic manner is also essential.
