Excellent opportunity for an Legal administrator to work in a Law Firm.
You will be providing secretarial and administrative support to all the team. Being well organised, Excellent telephone skills, hard working and commitment to meet deadlines is essential for the role.
Your main duties will be to take new client instructions therefore previous experience in a call centre or experience with face to face clients is essential.
Duties will include: Coordinating team excels, maintaining and updating excels, typing documents letters, dealing with clients, taking telephone calls and providing general Admin support.
The Ideal Candidate must possess the following Skills and Knowledge :
- Excellent communication skills on phone
- Must be confident and convincing on the phone
- Excellent organisation skills
- Very efficient with maintaining and managing Excel
- Accurate and good speed with word-processing.
- Excellent IT Skills
- Highly motivated and someone who looks to get jobs done using initiative
The role will be a Mon-Thurs role, the salary will be calculated on Pro Rata Basis.
