The School wishes to appoint one part-time Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance, dependent on experience and qualifications. You will contribute your expertise to the expanding teaching and research activity of both the postgraduate and undergraduate Business Management programmes.
You will be a member of the School of Business and Communication which is part of the Faculty of Business and Law, a multidisciplinary Faculty that has embarked on an exciting plan of teaching and research development. The School delivers high quality, professionally accredited, inclusive and ethically focused programmes. We aim to nurture socially responsible, productive, creative, confident and globally aware leaders and managers with ethical purpose.
As Lecturer or Senior Lecturer, you will undertake activities primarily associated with developing teaching and learning materials and assessments, and teaching students in the area of Accounting and Finance at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level.
There may be opportunity to also act as Subject Lead or Course Lead, which will involve leading or coordinating postgraduate/undergraduate programmes, ensuring effective student recruitment and retention, a high-quality student experience and successful student outcomes.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required, this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
