We are currently recruiting for Lecturers to join Loughborough Business School.
The Business School at Loughborough University is internationally leading in research and teaching covering the disciplines of business, management, finance, accounting and economics.

Our disciplines include:
The Economics Academic Group which undertakes rigorous and highly relevant research as well as providing high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in economics. The Economics Group’s research output is focused on academic publications in world-leading scholarly journals which generate significant impact on public policy in all areas of Economics. Our teaching programmes are very highly regarded, being consistently ranked amongst the best in the UK and having experienced a substantial growth in high-quality applications and admissions in recent years.
The Management Science and Operations Academic Group has a very strong international reputation for its theoretical and applied work in management science, operational research, operations management and logistics. The group comprises members with research and teaching expertise in optimisation, decision and efficiency analysis, simulation, revenue management and pricing, business statistics, forecasting, operations and supply chain management.
The International Business, Strategy and Innovation (IBSI) Academic Group is committed to advancing world-class management scholarship and developing ideas that will help managers navigate the challenges of globalisation and the digital economy. Key research specialisms within the IBSI group include Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Performance in Complex Environments, Internationalisation Strategies, Corporate Governance, Social Innovations and Entrepreneurship, Open Innovation, Digital Innovations and Development, Digital Strategy, and Culture-strategy Nexus in Global Organisations. The IBSI Group publishes its research in high-quality academic journals, and appointees must be able to demonstrate that they are undertaking high-quality research.
The Marketing Academic Group includes a team of research-oriented individuals with expertise in a number of areas within marketing. The group publishes high-quality internationally recognised research and is actively involved in research supervision.
Successful candidates will have a record of academic excellence which is contributing to the furtherance of knowledge in their discipline. Candidates must also have a PhD or equivalent experience and be able to demonstrate a clear trajectory towards achievement at a higher academic level.
