We have some exciting opportunities available at Barking and Dagenham College. We are looking for motivated, learner-centred and outstanding Lecturer - Counselling, for this part-time (18 hours per week, 0.5 FTE role, one year fixed term contract), who can subscribe to our shared value set and our leadership behaviours, which are intended to deliver our vision which is: A truly great college – passionate about success!
For this role you should hold a degree in the subject relevant to the course to be delivered, along with a teaching qualification - or be prepared to undertake a
further education teaching qualification.
Recent and relevant experience of teaching Counselling to learners from Level 2 to Level 6 is essential, and evidence of recent teaching and assessment in delivering
Counselling programmes is highly desirable.

Barking & Dagenham College is a vibrant and highly successful College in East London with circa 7,500 students, circa 500 established staff and a turnover of £35m.
