Residential Internal Auditor - Residential Sales - Job Specification
Office Managers/Internal Auditor
(12 months) for maternity cover, part-time 3 or 4 days per week
£42,000 pro rata

We are looking for a Residential Internal Auditor to coordinate and oversee the internal audit activities across the Residential Sales service line (London and Country Sub-Divisions). The responsibilities of the Auditor include carrying out regular audits on all Residential Sales departments, agreeing action plans to address audit findings, recording results and monitoring the implementation of recommendations.
You will deliver against an auditing schedule which will contribute to the reporting to various departments to include Operations & Strategy, Best Practice & Risk, Residential office sales teams and the Residential Board.
Responsibilities
Coordinating and developing internal auditing processes
Conducting independent audits and documenting results of evaluations
Communicating audit results to teams and providing recommendations for improvement
Identifying business process risks
Review of 'material information' compliance, including fire safety information
Preparing audit analysis for review
Professional experience and personal skills profile
Qualifications/Experience Required
this role would suit someone (who supports property sales teams) and Sales administrators.
2+ years' experience in a similar role or Ops Support role.
Knowledge and understanding of RICS professional standards
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Strong analytical skills
Flexible, adaptable and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling
Takes pride in presentation of work with a fair and diligent manner
Dedicated with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Systems & IT competence
Microsoft Office
Power BI (beneficial but not required)
Audit Centre (beneficial but not required)
