We are looking for an experienced learning technologist to join our postgraduate clinical education team within the Edinburgh Medical School: Medical Education. You will work with, support and guide academic and administrative staff across two postgraduate clinical education programmes and one faculty development programme, aimed at improving the knowledge of clinical educators about teaching and learning and related issues. This is an opportunity to work with highly-experienced and knowledgeable educators: our team was nominated in 2019 and 2020 for an Advance HE Collaborative Award in Teaching Excellence. The post will also involve developing ad hoc materials, supporting a range of activities relating to the programmes (including marketing-related materials, social media, and academic webinars), and playing a key role, where appropriate, in designing and setting up local and integrated systems to support programme administration.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Previous experience of working in a related role within an educational setting
