This is an excellent opportunity to help lead a digital function in the NHS. The Senior Digital Procurement Manager plays a key role within both our Digital Leadership and Innovation and Transformation team. The role is responsible for the management and delivery of a cost effective, efficient and responsive procurement and contract management services to the Trust’s Digital Services.
You will lead the digital procurement, contracts and supplies team responsible for the successful undertaking of procurement and contracting activities in relation to the trust’s digital portfolio; such functions include; Digital Contracts, Stock & Supplies and supplier management.
The Senior Digital Procurement Manager will provide expert procurement advice, strong leadership and clear direction to the Digital Leadership team and senior stakeholders across the trust. You will Lead, innovate, and initiate project work through robust engagement and requirements gathering with clinicians and managers. This will ensure effective contract management and contract compliance for all goods and services as they relate to Digital.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Procurement and contracts managerswho has an excellent understanding of and successfully delivered a procurement management service. You will have demonstrative examples of leading teams and a strong knowledge of digital procurement environments. Experience of successful contract management, vendor supplier management whilst possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills are all essential.

The scale of response to the COVID-19 pressures, particularly enabling remote and mobile working, and setting up the Stratford vaccination centre has been remarkable. However, there are also significant challenges to address. Digital tools and services are now fundamental to the management and delivery of our services.
