About the Role: As a Secondary School Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping them with their learning and overcoming any barriers they may face. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with specific needs.
