This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team at the heart of the My Growth and Development experience, with multiple interfaces across the wider HR Experience model and other key business stakeholders.
This role has primary responsibility for governance of all fundamental Academy processes for effective and efficient operation of the Learning Academy, as well as driving customer love through a high-quality employee experience via our Service Delivery model. You'll key project activity for the Academy and will also work with multiple stakeholders across My Growth and Development ensuring learning solutions can be prioritised and supported appropriately, with high quality outcomes for the learner and business stakeholders.
You'll be highly connected across the My Growth and Development organisation as well as the wider HR organisation and seeks to drive cross-team continuous improvement initiatives for process optimisation, and cost / resource efficiency. This role is also the lead for ensuring processes and associated instructions are maintained within HR Key Work Systems / JLR Way and is the SME for the Academy around GDPR and employee privacy.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Essential interface for learning product owners, working closely to ensure that end to end learning administration needs are defined early, and that learning administration is delivered and maintained at the point of learning deployment. This drives high impact outcomes for the learner and business stakeholders.- Demonstrating customer love through driving a high quality and consistent employee experience. Working closely with the Infrastructure and Governance lead, and with close relationships into HR Direct, you will set the standard and maintain the governance around learning service delivery, considering how learning needs and employee queries are managed and responded to, as well as supporting KPI analysis and insight across MG&D.
- Embodying unity, you will work work in collaboration cross-functionally to drive continuous process improvement of the processes which enable our mission “to provide exceptional, inclusive and sustainable learning and development opportunities & experiences to employees, supporting personal and business growth everyday”.
- Enabling reporting solutions for key stakeholders and Product Owners, ensuring learning performance is transparent and value can be articulated.
- Data champion & GDPR lead for My Growth and Development, understanding and embedding the standard by which all Learning product owners ensure their learning is compliant.
- This role also has line management responsibility so you will be integral in working with the Infrastructure and Governance lead to develop team objectives which drive business impact as well as personal & team growth.
- The design, testing and training for TML (India) on all learning administration processes, work instructions and guides to ensure service is stood up for the JLR Learning Academy
