Combining a strong commercial approach with deep expertise in learning diagnostic and consultancy, you'll also build respected and trusted relationships with key business stakeholders aligning to our business strategy. Working closely with our HRBP’s is also a requirement, identifying and prioritising learning needs in parallel with our people plan.

Collaborating with peers across L&D, you'll work in an agile, data led way to ensure solutions are designed, deployed and delivered to meet the critical priorities and sharing insights and results along the way.

You'll facilitate/co-facilitate some learning interventions, supporting key teams and leadership groups when required.

So, if you love to foster deep learning cultures and are an advocate for learning as a strategic lever for remarkable business and personal growth, please keep reading!
