Job description
Job Purpose:
To design, plan and deliver ODEON’s CRM activities and member engagement initiatives driving attendance, increasing visit frequency, and supporting increase in member spend, in the UK and Ireland.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and deliver ODEON’s CRM strategy through targeted, multi-channel (email, push, web, in-app) campaigns
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process from contact strategy design, campaign planning & build, audience segmentation & targeting, promotional incentive set up, test and learn and robust reporting.
- Continuous improvement of the member lifecycle strategy, from acquisition through to engagement and winback, across the key guest segments.
- Analyse campaign performance and use data and insights to identify and implement opportunities for increasing engagement and conversion rates at all stages of the guest journey.
- Deliver robust measurement of campaigns, including disciplines around control and holdout groups, to ensure we understand how much incremental revenue our CRM activities are driving as part of our overall trading plan
- Manage our CRM partner MOVIO, to deliver continuous improvement in results, proactively driving their capabilities roadmap to deliver an increasingly personalised member experience.
- Manage, mentor and develop the CRM Assistant to help deliver against objectives.
- Support the Senior Membership Manager in defining and delivering our overall membership growth plan.
- Be the CRM guru for ODEON Cinemas Group and share best practice with other ODEON territories
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working as a CRM specialist with demonstrable knowledge of CRM strategy design and delivery, as well as end-to-end campaign management
- Excellent at data management and analysis. Able to turn insight into action.
- Strong planning, project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Commercially astute with a challenger/innovation driver mind-set
- Able to own the creative and copy development process
- Enjoys working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong team working and team management skills.
- Background in leisure, entertainment, retail or other consumer marketing is preferable but not essential
