The Opportunity
As our Learning Partner, you’ll be responsible for the design and implementation of learning programs and change initiatives to build the capability of our people. You’ll use data and varied methodologies to develop and deploy learning solutions across our global team. In this Learning Partner role, you will make a great impact on our performance, engagement, leadership and culture to help us achieve our future vision!
This full-time permanent role forms part of our Global People team and can be based out of London, Colombo, or Marrakesh on a hybrid basis.
Ideally, you’ll bring experience in some of the following:
- 3+ years' work experience in a similar role, preferably in a global organisation
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment qualification or equivalent
- Program design, facilitation, and assessment expertise
- Experience using various L&D models and methodologies, e.g., ADDIE, design thinking, Kirkpatrick
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field would be highly regarded
