Working in the People Development team, Learning Experience Designers work with clients from around the National Trust to design and develop technology enabled learning content.
The Learning Experience Designers will provide technical support for our Learning Management Systems and will act as ambassadors, promoting and supporting the use of technology enabled learning in the National Trust.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. You should expect to be in the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
What you'll be doing:You'll be creating eLearning courses, explaining concepts clearly and in plain English alongside engaging visual design and will see concepts through to development, implementation and deliver customer support upon delivery.
You'll work collaboratively with experts from around the National Trust to deliver courses, based on a brief and set deadlines.
You will also provide technical support for our learning management systems, using your problem solving skills to identify and solve issues, as well as giving advice and support to our learners about the systems.

- Problem solving, devising inventive and creative solutions
- Written English - able to explain concepts clearly and in plain English
- Knowledge of visual design tools such as PowerPoint or the Adobe suite
- Knowledge of Excel - able to analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- IT skills; ability to learn new systems and provide advice and support to others
- Project management - working collaboratively, based on a brief and set deadlines
