The opportunity
Our People Advisory Services managed services team are looking for a Learning Evaluation Analyst to join our Belfast Office. The Learning Evaluation Analyst is responsible for making sure that learning evaluation MI, reporting and governance obligations under our learning managed services contracts are met. They are responsible for the preparation, distribution and analysis of learning evaluation surveys and reports. They report to the Service Delivery Lead.
Your key responsibilities
- Managing learning evaluation reporting and governance
- Supporting EY Account Managers and Delivery Leads in their learning evaluation planning with clients
- Coordinating and distributing learning evaluations surveys ensuring the agreed timetable is adhered to to ensure SLA compliance
- Analysing learning evaluation data and providing insights to suppliers, clients and EY Account Managers and Delivery Leads as a key part of learning quality monitoring
- Supporting EY Account Managers and Delivery Leads in discussions with clients about how to increase learning evaluation survey response rates
- Working closely with the MI and Reporting Analyst leading overall MI and reporting activities on our learning managed services
Skills and attributes for success
We are looking for a Learning Evaluation Analyst who has experience of MI and Reporting or PMO activities supporting delivery operations in a fast-paced environment such as a shared service centre, call centre, operational delivery centre or similar. For this role, good analytical skills, attention to detail and good organisational skills are also a key requirement.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Good analytical skills and previous experience in a reporting analyst capacity preparing MI and insights for internal and external stakeholders or in a PMO type role
- Experience of managing processes and resources to deliver great service to clients
- Strong organisational skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience of using business intelligence and reporting tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
- Experience of delivering HR related services such as learning and coaching, education or workforce analytics
- Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically
- Experience of design thinking and improving user experience
