LIFE by Be Caring is looking to recruit experienced Support Workers to join our team in the Gosforth, Kenton and Kingston Park (NE3) area of Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Support Worker, you will be part of an integral team providing tailored person-centred care to our tenants which is both meaningful and wellbeing focused.

Pay: £10.00 - £10.30 p/hr

• £10.00 p/hr - Generalist Care Needs
• £10.30 p/hr - Complex Care Needs
• Mileage - 40p per mile & 15p per mile for cyclists
• Bonus schemes*: up to £300 new starter (based on average hours worked), £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus, £25 birthday gift voucher.

Working Hours and Shift Patterns

• Part-time hours available
• Full-time hours available
• Weekend working - undertaken on a rota basis

• Support the individual to become as independent as they can, making their own choices and decisions

Training

• Paid induction training: classroom-based, includes shadowing and additional online modules.
• Additional learning disabilities, autism and mental health training: provided to all new recruits - equipping you to meet the needs of our customers and enabling you to provide tailored, personalised support. Training delivered by our amazing specialist trainer Suzanne.
• Training development: funded Level 2 and other accredited courses.
