Learning & Development Trainer
Location: Stoke + (Hybrid)
Working hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Role purpose:
To provide our frontline employees with a high-quality training experience which builds the current and future capability requirements of the business, aligning to the Business and HR Strategies and the Spirit of Vodafone.
Responsible for the preparation, design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning solutions across all frontline business areas, ensuring all frontline employees are trained and compliant to provide good customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Demonstrates a highly engaging, motivational, and interactive training style that ensures retention and application of learning aligned with Spirit of Vodafone for groups of varying sizes
- Prepares self for the delivery of training material ensuring knowledge is up to date and relevant
- Ensures relevant and accurate feedback of delegate information and course reports to Line Manager and Central Team
- Reviews the evaluation and quality assurance of programmes being delivered by team and acts on the feedback through effective personal development planning
- Reviews and feeds back centrally any required updates to training material on a regular basis
- Ensures that frontline employees are fully accredited to meet regulatory requirements ahead of them starting their role
- Flexibility of own time management and resource focusing specifically on delivery of effective training as a priority
Who you are
- Has superb knowledge and understanding of commercial priorities including what, why and how
- Knows the competitor offers on the marketplace
- Shows a strong understanding of why our customers should buy from us
- Demonstrates strong understanding of the regulatory requirements of the role for both themselves and the employees they train
- Understands the customer experience measures within the business and the key opportunities to improve this
- Understands and relates all delivery to the Customer Experience Cycle (CXX) and creating good customer outcomes
Technical / professional qualifications:
Facilitation experience- Training content design experience utilising multiple tools (Powerpoint, Articulate 360 storyline & Rise, V-Yond)
