What You'll Be Doing
As a Front of House Manager you lead and inspire a high-performing team to ensure the efficient running of our Restaurant to standard. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, but also fully immerse yourself in our ‘One Great Team’ culture here at Haven… All of our Leaders support across all of the functions here on Park.
- Leading and developing a large Team
- Cash Control / Budget Management
- Stock Control
- Attract, recruit and onboard new team members
- Health & Safety / Welfare
As a Front of House or Restaurant Manager you will be confident and brilliant at leading and developing large teams in a fast paced and complex Restaurant / Food Industry environment, with a solid commercial awareness. Ideally you will have an understanding of Stock Controls and ‘Back of House’ and how the Kitchen operates efficiently.
