Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Trainer to join our team. As a Learning & Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to employees/partners across multiple regions and countries. You will work closely with various teams to identify training needs and create effective training materials to improve employee performance and enhance overall business success.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivering high-quality training programs, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should also have extensive experience in developing and delivering virtual training programs and be comfortable using various digital training platforms.
As a Learning & Development Trainer, you will have the opportunity to travel internationally and work with diverse teams in various locations. You will also play a key role in driving va-Q-tec’s culture and values through effective training programs. Roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct training with new partners.
- Perform effectiveness assessment of all training and conduct retraining as needed.
- Conduct annual refresher training or retention tests according to schedule.
- Develop, maintain and review training records and materials (including multimedia).
- Support ongoing operational process development.
- Support the Head of Learning Development on training-related projects.
- Support the management of the online learning management system (LMS).
- Develop and administer evaluation tools to determine training success.
- Assist with planning and producing learning and development events.
- Market available training to employees and provide necessary information.
- Travel globally to deliver training 30% of the time.
- Support outreach to the technical and operational communities to integrate relevant services into training syllabi.
- Deliver a range of training programs, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning courses.
- Collaborate with the Head of Learning & Development to design and develop training programs.
- Maintain knowledge of va-Q-tec policies, procedures, products, and services.
- Stay up-to-date with latest training trends, methodologies, and technologies to ensure innovative programs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain standards in line with the requirements of the role and any va-Q-tec Ltd policies and procedures in place.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be determined from time to time.
- Work any additional hours as the requirements of the job demand, subject to prior negotiation.

Required experience:
- Proven experience of learning and development training role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Proven experience in delivering training.
Desirable experience:
- CIPD Qualified – Learning & Development.
- Delivery of training in diverse settings.
- Proven experience in handling technical information.

- Experience in working with a Learning Management System, such as 360 Learning.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hybrid working options available)
Salary: £35,000.00 - £40,000.00 (DOE)
