PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintain and develop learning resources, e.g. guidance documents, Intranet site, eLearning modules, videos to allow colleagues to learn on-the-job. Proactively look for ways to improve the colleague experience and ease of use of the learning resources
Maintenance and continuous development of the Learning Experience Platform share knowledge and deliver, organise and record learning
Coordination of L&D events, e.g. attendees, facilitators, external trainers, facilities, hotels, refreshments to ensure excellent customer service for all involved
Seek more efficient and cost-effective solutions to training and minimise wasteful tasks. Collate data, feedback and insights from stakeholders
Network and develop relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders to optimise training, communication & efficiency and keep content up-to-date
Proactively contact colleagues & managers to fill spaces on events to maximise resource utilisation.
