The Learning and Development Team (L&D) are at the heart of supporting leadership and the Talent team to bring out the best of their people and ensure strategic business goals are met through training.
We are responsible for delivering and building exciting, thought-provoking content across all levels (junior to leadership), whilst staying ahead of innovation and ensuring that learning is ever-evolving. We are also subject matter experts in behavioural change, coaching, mentoring, and psychometric testing. Diversity, equity, and inclusion is the all-important red thread throughout the content we build and how we facilitate different ways of learning.
Team culture is essential to our L&D team, where everyone feels heard, included, and nurtured in driving success into our programmes and training. Key responsibilities:
You will be Responsible for strongly contributing to (and is some parts leading parts of) the L&D remit, including strategy, learning technology, project delivery and facilitation, leadership development, funded learning, talent and coaching.
You will also be running and facilitating a small to medium sized program, and training sessions within this, understanding the needs of the target audience and business needs.
You will be a go to person for L&D needs for a specific brand within Publicis Groupe, and determine appropriate training content and delivery methods.
Requirements:
You don’t need to have direct experience in an L&D team, but you need to be passionate about understanding the needs of a business and their people, and being able to identify key training modules to support our talent.
Strong presentation skills will help you be successful in the role, but we do have training to support you at a basic and advanced level!
Excellent project management skills – as you will be owning one of our key programs, you will be working with various members of the business to deliver it successfully, so being able to engage your colleagues to deliver work on time to good standard.
