You will be the driving force behind our mission to transform the way people learn and grow at Deloitte. You will lead the design and development of innovative learning experiences that challenge and inspire our learners to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to create immersive, interactive, and personalized learning journeys that are as fun as they are effective. Some of the key things you will get involved in are:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge learning experiences that blend digital content, gamification, social learning, and other innovative approaches to drive performance and results.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to create learning journeys that are personalized, engaging, and effective.
  • Use data and analytics to inform the design and development of learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Create assessments that measure learning outcomes and performance improvement and use the data to continuously improve the effectiveness of our learning experiences.
  • Use storytelling, humour, and other creative approaches to bring learning to life and make it memorable.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure that learning experiences align with organizational goals and meet the needs of learners.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning experience design and development.

Essentials

  • Proven experience in designing and developing innovative learning experiences that drive performance and results.
  • Ability to apply 5Di (or ADDIE) methodology to design and develop effective learning experiences that meet the needs of various learners and align with the goals and objectives of the organization
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, learning styles, and learning evaluation methods.
  • Strong project management skills to manage the entire instructional design process, from conducting needs assessments to designing and delivering learning experiences
  • Strong active listening skills to understand stakeholder and learner needs
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships and establish trust
  • Capability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging way
  • Strong understanding of performance consulting and needs analysis methodologies
  • Ability to identify performance gaps and conduct thorough needs assessments
  • Analytical skills to determine the root causes of performance issues
  • Collaborative mindset to work with stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions that address identified needs and improve organizational performance
  • Data analysis skills to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make necessary adjustments to continually improve the impact of the learning experiences

Desirable

  • Experience of managing development utilising rapid development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adapt etc)
  • Experience of working with monday.com.
