Job title: Learning Delivery Manager
Location: Barrow-in-Furness - (2 days onsite, 3 hybrid days per week)
Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a team of L&D professionals to deliver the integrated business plan for learning to time, cost, and quality
- Managing all-up budget of business training plans
- Working in partnership with the Business, HR teams, Shared Services, and external partners to ensure all current and future plans are aligned to strategic workforce plans; delivering the skills needed to support business requirements
- Delivery and leadership of key L&D projects
Your Skills and Experience
Essential
- Line management experience
- Proven track-record of business delivery and management of business-level projects
- Understanding of the learning environment and cycle
- Financial acumen and/or budget management experience
- Consultancy skills, including the ability to analyse and diagnose business issues, interpret complex data, and propose effective solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a business-facing environment
- Previous experience working in complex/diverse environments with large workforces
Desirable:
- CIPD Qualified
- L&D and/or HR Business Partner experience
- Experience of working across all parts of learning cycle
- Experience of coaching and facilitating with leaders to improve individual & team performance
