Our rapid growth means that we currently operate from six locations - our main head office in Swadlincote in the East Midlands, Tipton in the West Midlands, Nottingham, Canvey Island, Bristol, and Glasgow.
Position:
As a Learning and Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the training and development of employees within an organization. Using Cezanne (HRIS system)
Your duties will include:
Assessing training needs: You will be responsible for identifying the training needs of employees across different departments and levels in the organization. This will involve conducting needs assessments, analyzing feedback, and monitoring performance gaps.
Developing training programs: You will design and implement training programs that meet the needs of different employee groups. These may include new employee orientation, leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills development.
Evaluating training effectiveness: You will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback and measuring the impact on employee performance and business outcomes.
Managing training logistics: You will manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with trainers and facilitators.
Maintaining training records: You will maintain accurate records of employee training and development, including tracking progress and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Partnering with stakeholders: You will work closely with business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure that training programs align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends: You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new approaches as appropriate.

Salary: £30k-£35k
Hours: 37.5 pw Monday to Friday
