Job description

This maternity cover role is a home-based, however the role will require you to travel to meetings at our Head Office in Shenstone, Staffordshire.

Your Mission

As a Learner Recruitment Admin Support you will help support the Learner Recruitment team function to ensure a smooth transition from initial enquiry whether that be as an existing member of the Busy Bees Group looking to develop their career or supporting general enquiries who are looking for their first step in to working with Busy Bees through an apprenticeship. You will look at eligibility, suitability, provide IAG along with assisting onboarding our clients as they begin their learning with Busy Bees Education and Training. This support role is vital, acting as a bridge between enquiries and existing staff members to ensure we deliver an excellent service to our clients. This role will be varied and interesting and no two days will be the same as you support the busy team generate interest in our products and services then helping on board them onto our varied training programmes.

Key Tasks

Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings

Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them

Assist in generating leads and following up enquiries

Update and maintain accurate records of customer data and activity in CRM system

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Assist in the fulfilment of all customer needs

Help the team achieve are required KPI’s

Requirements for the Role

Qualifications

Maths and English

Experience

Experience in a back office support role (preferred)

Experience providing IAG

Knowledge

Apprenticeships knowledge

Administration skills

Personal Qualities

Excellent communication skills

Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and learners
