This is a national role linked directly to HEIW Strategic Aim 3: Shaping Culture and Leadership in NHS Wales.
The Leadership & Succession Programme Manager will lead the implementation and delivery of a range of high-profile programmes and workstreams within the Leadership and Succession portfolio and will be the Senior Responsible Officer for delivering Strategic Objective 3.2.2: Enhance Gwella@HEIW with talent management software that effectively enables the management, visibility and development of talent for all professions.
